INFORMATION

For customers agreeing to use our customization or contract manufacturing services we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement that covers all elements of product design and manufacture. As a matter of policy, we will not share your information with any third parties not directly relevant to the manufacture of your product. For clients requiring third party laboratory testing or specialty filling we will request your permission to share limited information about your product in order to ensure that all requirements are met.

SECURITY

All communications between us and the client are electronically secured and will not be shared. Similarly all product formulation information and pricing are not shared with anyone except persons designated by the client and Nanoshell Company.
